You won’t find the Super SARCA Anchor at BCF! The story of the SARCA boat anchor (Sand and Reef Combination anchor) started with a range of discoveries and innovations that came from the work shop of Australian Rex Francis. Rex developed the SARCA anchor over a six year period with the aid of feedback from commercial fisherman and boaties alike.
The feedback from these industries trialling the SARCA anchor was vital to the success of this new revolutionary multi purpose anchor design. SARCA was a worlds first as a purposed designed combination anchor. In 1997 the SARCA was released in Australia and then some five years later released in New Zealand, SARCA has now become one of the most popular anchor designs sold in many countries.
Rex went on to manufacture large SARCA anchors anchoring vessels up to 300 hundred tons. Super SARCA Anchors are designed and manufactured in Australia, Sarca’s build quality assured using the best steels then hot-dipped galvanized.
Super SARCA’s unique design makes it both safer and easier to use.
