Easily attach the Heavy Duty Stainless Steel Spray bracket as a replacement for a broken bracket or an upgrade with a built in Spray Shield to deflect spray which flies off the face of transducer.
The Garmin spray shield feature is designed to reduce excess water spray from transducers when the vessel is running at high speeds. Can be retro fitted to a wide range of common Garmin transom mounted transducers. The Heavy Duty Bracket simply replaces the fitted between current bracket and includes the inbuilt spray shield.
Easily attach your compatible 4-, 8- or 12-pin transducer to the transom of your boat with this mount that provides excellent sonar returns at all speeds. Since the transducer is in the water at all times, the mount does not protect the transducer from underwater obstructions and some drag on the boat will occur. The included transducer spray shield reduces excessive water spray from your compatible transducer when your boat is running at high speeds.
You also can mount the transducer to the step of your boat with this mount to allow angle adjustment of the transducer so it is parallel with the water surface; this will create no drag on the boat. Designed for recreational boats that operate in open waters. Although compact in size this model will store both the EPIRB and all safety equipment in the internal compartment. There is also an external recess that will hold EPRIB in an upright position in the event that you need to activate. Mounting bracket is also included but safety equipment can be purchased separately.
A device designed to reduce the amount of lives lost at sea, by ensuring all safety equipment is contained in one place when abandonment is the only option. Life Cell is made from closed cell PU foam and constructed from U.V. resistant flame retardant polyethylene (PE). They are supplied with a PE mount bracket. The Life Cell is designed to automatically float from the bracket in the event of being submerged. Unlike grab bags, Life Cells float acting as secure hand-holds keeping all crew together and as stable platforms to assist in the deployment of flares and other safety equipment.
