BLA Grapnel Anchor – Galvanised

Traditional hard holding anchors with strong flukes for holding in difficult conditions. Flukes quickly dig into even hard bottom conditions and remain snug. Every anchor is equipped with a 30mm trip ring in the base. When used amongst rocks, the anchor line is commonly secured to the trip ring, with only light lashing around the line and the top ring. If snagged, a tight pull on the anchor line usually breaks the lashing, reversing the anchor to pull free.

The most popular of all anchors. Suitable for use in mud or sand. Fitted with retrieval eye for ease of removal if snagged. Stows flat. Heavy duty hot dipped galvanised finish. Anchor size refers to approximate weight in pounds.

Lewmar Anchor – Epsilon

The Epsilon super-high holding power anchor builds upon the legendary Delta® anchor’s robustness and quality. Its concave fluke and ballast keel ensure market-leading holding power and rapid setting, while maintaining self-launching characteristics with Lewmar bow rollers and retaining the same shank geometry as the original Delta®.

Time-proven materials are used throughout the range: manganese steel for the galvanised version, and a 316/2205 stainless steel combination for the stainless version.
