1. The Promotion
The “Northside Marine Jeanneau Cannes Experience” (the “Promotion”) is a trade promotion lottery. The promoter is Northside Marine (ABN – 29 009 857 612), located at 2294 Sandgate Road, Boondall, QLD, 4034, Queensland (the “Promoter”).
2. Promotion Period
The Promotion begins at 9:00 AM AEST on 1 May 2026 and closes at 5:00 PM AEST on June 30, 2026 (the “Promotion Period”). All qualifying purchases must be finalised, and deposits must be cleared within this timeframe.
3. Eligibility
Entry is open to Queensland residents aged 18 years and over who purchase any new Jeanneau power boat from the Promoter during the Promotion Period. “Purchase” is defined as a signed contract of sale followed by a minimum 20% non-refundable deposit paid to and cleared by the Promoter. Employees of Northside Marine, Jeanneau, and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.
4. The Prize
The Grand Prize consists of a trip for two (2) people to attend the 2026 Cannes Yachting Festival in Cannes, France (the “Grand Prize”). The package includes:
· Two (2) economy class return airfares from Brisbane International Airport (BNE) to Nice Côte d’Azur Airport (NCE).
· Four (4) nights of 4-star hotel accommodation in Cannes (single room, double occupancy).
· Two (2) multi-day passes to the 2026 Cannes Yachting Festival (September 8–13, 2026).
· VIP Jeanneau experience *
· Return airport-to-hotel transfers in France.
The total estimated retail value of the Grand Prize is $12,500 AUD. The Promoter takes no responsibility for variations in prize value due to seasonal fluctuations or airline pricing.
5. Alternative Prize Option
In the event the winner is unable or unwilling to travel, they may elect to receive a “Jeanneau Owner’s Credit” of $8,000 AUD (the “Alternative Prize”). This credit will be applied as a direct deduction from the final settlement price of the boat purchased to gain entry into the Promotion. The winner must notify the Promoter of this election in writing within seven (7) days of being notified of their win.
6. The Draw
The winner will be determined by a random electronic draw at the Promoter’s premises on July 7, 2026, at 11:00 AM AEST. The draw will be conducted in a fair and transparent manner.
7. Winner Notification and Publicity
The winner will be notified by telephone and in writing (email) within two (2) business days of the draw. The winner’s name and suburb will be published on the Northside Marine website and social media platforms for 28 days. By entering, the winner agrees to participate in reasonable promotional activities, including the use of their name and image for marketing purposes.
8. Unclaimed Prize Redraw
If the prize is not claimed by October 7, 2026, a redraw will occur at the same time and place as the original draw. The new winner will be notified in accordance with Clause 7.
9. Travel Conditions and Liability
Travel must be taken to coincide with the 2026 Cannes Yachting Festival (September 8–13, 2026). The winner and their companion are responsible for all other expenses, including but not limited to meals, travel insurance, visas, and spending money. The Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage, or personal injury suffered in connection with the prize.
