The Parts Advisor is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while providing accurate and timely parts support to retail customers, the Service Department, and Boat Sales Department. This role ensures customers receive the right products and advice while supporting efficient workshop operations and boat delivery schedules.
The position requires a proactive and customer-focused individual who can balance retail sales, internal service requirements, phone enquiries and administrative duties in a fast-paced marine environment.
