Highfield Classic 290

Take on more with the Highfield Classic 290, a versatile RIB built for dependable tender duties and coastal adventures. At 2.90 metres long and weighing 59kg boat-only, it combines a durable aluminium hull with 44cm diameter inflatable tubes for buoyancy and stability. With capacity for up to four people and a maximum load of 320kg, it provides practical space for passengers and essential gear while remaining manageable to launch and recover.

The aluminium hull features a 15° deadrise for confident handling, while the three air chambers add practicality for regular use on the water. With an internal length of 2.06 metres and an internal width of 0.79 metres, the Classic 290 offers useful room for passengers and equipment without sacrificing the convenience of a compact tender.

Rated for up to 20hp with a short-shaft outboard and a maximum engine weight of 56kg, the Classic 290 is well suited to yacht tender duties, ship-to-shore transfers and exploring sheltered coastal waters. Durable, capable and easy to handle, it’s a practical choice for boaters looking for a reliable all-round RIB.
