Just to inform you what a great young guy Mark is in your Sales Dept.

I contacted him early on this year over some accessory for my 495, he was totally helpful and a pleasure to deal with!

He's now assisting me come up with a trailer chassis I can bolt onto my pontoon so I can dump the 33 year old lifter and just skull drag the 495 up onto the chassis.

I've had no end of trouble getting this project up and running but he's been all over it and far exceeded any help from other businesses I've been to so far!

Please treat this as your authority to double his salary forthwith!

The Management Committee of Marine Rescue Bribie have requested I send you a letter of thanks for your generous support in getting gearbox problems rectified on our primary rescue vessel-Bribie 1.

As you are no doubt well aware, voluntary organisations such as ours rely heavily on the fund raising efforts of our active members, government and general grants, and the valued support of businesses such as yours.

 Your support has enabled us to channel our available resources to our core function of marine rescue. Without well maintained vessels we would not exist .Your actions did much to alleviate the embarrassing situation where only one rescue vessel was available for us to carry out our duties.

Had a dream run back home inside of St Helena and Green islands!

That’s good service. Wish I had of contacted you first instead of BCF. I purchased what I thought was a 95SV Chirp only to later discover it was only an Echomap and does not do what I need it to offshore. I new very little about sounders but thought the guy there did and explained what I needed it for. Since then I have researched a lot and Northside Marine was recommended.

Good morning,

I would like to bring to your attention the efforts of two of your Sales Consultants. Firstly, David Choveaux, my wife and I attended the marine centre with the view of comparing a number of boats that we have had our eyes on. We spoke with David and he introduced us to the new Glastron GT 185.

I was impressed with David’s knowledge and assistance, I informed him that I was in the market to purchase a boat and to say that the sale was easy is an understatement! At no time did David rubbish the other dealers or boats that we were comparing, he simply answered all our questions and told us the process of putting in an offer for the boat. David was very informative during the test run and not only told us of things to be mindful of but explained why we need to be mindful of them.

I would not hesitate to recommend David for further sales opportunities to friends and family.

Secondly, I would also like to acknowledge a salesman by the name of Danny, my son and I visited the centre on Saturday as I wanted to show the boat to him. Danny introduced himself and then guided us to where the boat was stored, however it was locked inside the shed, Danny then made his way back to the office where he obtained the keys and escorted us to my boat, Danny spent some time with us answering questions and giving more information about the boat and reassured us that we had purchased a great boat.

David and Danny’s attention to my family not only made the sale an enjoyable one but one we will not forget.

See you both when it’s time to update (with the wife’s consent of course).

Hi Steve and Phil,

Just wanted to say thankyou for the fantastic service from Northside Marine and Club Marine in dealing with our recent claim.

I made the claim on the 29th of December and the boat was available for pickup on the 27th of January.

Given that it was Christmas and Northside Marine’s fibreglass specialist was not available until the 9th of January, Steve turned this repair around in 19 days which I think is pretty good.

When I got down to Northside Marine today to pick up the boat, we found that the valve stems on all wheels had perished and were slowly leaking. Again, brilliant service from Gordon and Steve at Northside Marine by assisting me and putting the trailer up onto stands to allow me to take all the wheels down to their preferred tyre dealership and get them repaired.

I couldn’t ask for anything more and can see why Club Marine have given Northside Marine platinum dealer status, their service is second to none.
