As the largest full-trailerable model in the Surtees range at 2.5 metres wide, the 770 Game Fisher can be towed without oversize permits, making it a practical choice for anglers who trailer regularly. It slots in just below the flagship 800 Game Fisher, which stretches to a 2.8-metre beam and requires permits for road transport.
Built Tough for Offshore Conditions
True to the Surtees DNA, the 770 is constructed from heavy-gauge plate aluminium — 6mm on the bottom, 4mm on the topsides, and 3mm for the cabin. The 20-degree deadrise hull is designed to handle rough offshore conditions with confidence, and at 1,740 kg hull weight (approximately 3,100 kg towing weight), it has the heft to punch through chop comfortably.
The enclosed hardtop cabin provides excellent protection from the elements, with sliding side windows for ventilation, supportive bucket seats with flip-up bolsters for stand-up driving, and full-length welded alloy handrails overhead.

A 400-litre fuel tank provides the range needed for serious offshore missions, while a 530-litre water ballast system helps optimise ride quality and stability.
