Marine Internal Coordinator

The dealership includes Sales of new and used boats, a large Parts and Accessory retail outlet and a state of the art Service department servicing most brands of boats, motors and trailers.

Northside Marine has been established for over 55 years and is one of the leading trailer boat dealerships in Australia and have a position available for an Internal Co-Ordinator.

The Role:

The new crew member will be a part of our Parts and Accessory department and the main role will be to supply our Service department with everything they require to complete Internal Fit Out jobs on new boats and supply service parts for ongoing service work.

The ideal candidate for this position will need to have a passion for the water and boating, is highly motivated with excellent customer service skills, have an understanding of boats and boating equipment and work great within a large team.

Working closely with of our Northside Marine crew, it would be preferred that you have the following knowledge:

·Computer skills in Word, Excel, and Outlook with the ability to learn “Revolution” (Our Dealer Management System).

·Work well with procedures and processes.

·Have good communication skills including excellent telephone manner.

·Work as part of a busy team.

·Highly motivated and well organized with exceptional time management skills

·Self-motivated with a positive can-do attitude.

As part of this role, you will be required to:

·Liaise with Service department for Pre Delivery and Internal Pro Shop fit ups.

·Liaise with Service department for retail service work.

·Assist team members with sales in Parts and Accessory Store.
