Patrol 860
The Highfield Patrol 860 is our flagship distance cruiser, with big weather capabilities. The Highfield Patrol 860 can carry up to 20 people with ease, and its modular design and layout mean it can be used for virtually any application required. The Patrol is built from 5 mm 5083 aluminium plates with 6 and 10mm stringers. With their super deep V, wide chines, and large diameter tubes, the Patrol series offers high manoeuvrability, high safety, and a soft dry ride even in the roughest conditions. They’re designed to carry large loads and planes quickly and easily with modest horsepower. For charter boats and commercial operators, the modular set-up option means that we can build a layout that suits your requirements. When safety, toughness, and reliability really matter, the Patrol range should be at the top of your list of boats to consider.

About Lachie O'Brien
Lachie has a lifelong passion for the water, shaped by his upbringing on large cruisers along the Gold Coast. Growing up in a boating family, he gained deep firsthand experience with the marine lifestyle. Over the years, he has owned numerous boats and watercraft, developing expertise in everything from jet skiing and surfing to sailing and boating.
His extensive experience with tenders and RIBs naturally led him to become a Highfield brand captain. He enjoys exploring Moreton Bay and its stunning islands with his family, always seeking new adventures on the water.
With a strong interest in technology, Lachie is committed to helping customers find the perfect product to enhance their boating experience. His enthusiasm and expertise ensure a smooth and enjoyable buying journey for every client.
