The Highfield Patrol 460 is ideal for both family distance cruising and commercial or club use, including teaching, charter, and harbour work. The Highfield Patrol 460 really is a perfect all-rounder – quick, dry, and economical.  With their super deep V, wide chines, and large diameter tubes, the Patrol series offers high manoeuvrability, high safety, and a soft dry ride even in the roughest conditions. They’re designed to carry large loads and planes quickly and easily with modest horsepower.

For charter boats and commercial operators, the modular set-up option means that we can build a layout that suits your requirements giving the option of bolster and seat or jockey console. The Highfield Patrol 460 is rated for 8 persons and max rated for 60hp.  When safety, toughness, and reliability really matter, the Patrol range should be at the top of your list of boats to consider.

About Lachie O'Brien

Lachie has a lifelong passion for the water, shaped by his upbringing on large cruisers along the Gold Coast. Growing up in a boating family, he gained deep firsthand experience with the marine lifestyle. Over the years, he has owned numerous boats and watercraft, developing expertise in everything from jet skiing and surfing to sailing and boating.

His extensive experience with tenders and RIBs naturally led him to become a Highfield brand captain. He enjoys exploring Moreton Bay and its stunning islands with his family, always seeking new adventures on the water.

With a strong interest in technology, Lachie is committed to helping customers find the perfect product to enhance their boating experience. His enthusiasm and expertise ensure a smooth and enjoyable buying journey for every client.
