Northside Marine is a long-term family-owned Marine Sales and Service Company located at Boondall on the Northside of Brisbane – close to Sandgate and Shorncliffe foreshore and a gateway to beautiful Moreton Bay.

An opportunity has presented itself for the role of Business Manager/Sales Administrator including Marine Finance and Insurance, working alongside our long-term highly experienced and dedicated Sales Team, displaying some of the best brands the industry has to offer.

This is a full time position for an immediate start to join our team for a new and exciting career.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare Boat Sales Contracts and deal variations liaising directly with the customers during this process and take them through until delivery
  • Prepare financial documents and complete finance and insurance contracts & policies
  • Maintaining F&I Training, Qualifications, & Accreditation’s in house by some of the top leading Specialists in the field
  • Explaining and understanding the features and benefits of our F & I products
  • Identifying the customer’s needs & tailoring a suitable finance and insurance package
  • Prepare and lodge Boat & Trailer Registrations
  • Online processing of Boat, Motor and Trailer warranty registrations
  • PPSR Searches
  • Delivering the Ultimate Customer Experience consistently

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous experience in selling and administrating of Finance and Insurance in either the motor or caravan industries
  • Enthusiasm and passion
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships with customers and work colleagues
  • A great attitude and strong work ethic
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong focus on time management
  • Good organisational skills to maintain customer and internal documentation
