We are Brisbane’s leading Marine Sales and Service dealership located at Boondall promoting many brands of boats, motors, trailers and spare parts. We are known for our commitment to excellence and quality.
Job Responsibilities:
As part of our Administration team, you will be an integral part of our process. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Perform general administrative tasks, including managing correspondence, scheduling incoming goods and maintaining records
- Providing accurate reports, information and redirecting information as necessary to different departments
- Maintain end of month reports
- Purchasing and dealing with suppliers
- Process and manage invoicing with knowledge of Wholesale Finance an advantage but not necessary
- Knowledge of accounts payable, receivable and bank recs
- Providing assistance with inventory control and monthly stocktake.
- Knowledge of purchasing overseas currency
- Familiar with importing goods procedure and import customs duty an advantage
- Organising ½ yearly and yearly staff events
- Ad-hoc projects as required to ensure the smooth running of the business
Qualifications:
We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications:
- Previous experience in office administration
- Proficiency in MS Office suite
- Experience Revolution Software an advantage but not necessary
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage time effectively
- Customer-focused approach with a dedication to exceptional service
- Initiative to take ownership of own tasks and responsibilities
- Professional and friendly demeanour
