I would like to forward some feedback that I have received over the last couple of weeks regarding Northside Marine.
We have run a couple of focus groups on both people who have purchased boats and people who are in the process of purchasing boats.
From the people who have purchased boats from your business, we have had comments such as “Northside Marine is the only purpose built marine dealership in Brisbane†and a lot of people have the discount cards fro the chandlery and tackle shop, which is where the buy all of their bait and bits and pieces.
People have spoken highly of your staff regarding their high levels of technical knowledge, their willingness to help customers and the fact that they do not employ high levels of pressure to sell the boats.
At one of the focus groups, only one person had not visited your dealership and all were putting your business at the top of the list to buy a boat from. It was the only dealership they mentioned that was totally positive, with not one negative comment.
To hear such feedback from a wide variety of customers, who have purchased boats and are looking to purchase boats is fantastic.
