Just a quick email regarding our recent purchase.

We are very happy with the boat having christened it last weekend. When we get the 30 hours/3 months we will no doubt see you again.

In relation to you and your staff and the purchase experience in general, I'd like to give you some feedback.

In general from our first visit where we talked with Chris and outlined what we wanted, to the water test with you, the experiences we had with the lovely Alycia in your office to the family viewings, pick up and briefing with Ross, our experience was very pleasurable and could not have been better. Your business clearly fosters a friendly no BS environment where everybody we dealt with are happy people who enjoy what they do.

You should be very proud of your business - well done to you and your team
