I am writing in regards to a purchase I made from you being a Seafarer Victory.  Having worked in a customer relations based workplace for so long it was extremely pleasing to deal with such an efficient and professional team, you should be extremely proud of you staff (Bill Hull, Andrew Howard, Lindsay & Yourself).  I cannot say enough about the abovementioned.  The caring attention to detail which was shown and the truly unbelievable service has gone a long way to helping me enjoy my purchase even more.

I recently spoke with Bill Hull and said that with upcoming fishing tournaments in the area I would only be to happy to wear and display any promotional material that you would consider fit for such a purpose, now that I have taken delivery of the boat I can only re-emphasise this fact.  Having dealt with dealer in this area and knowing the service and product which I received you can rest assured that I will be promoting your business, products & most importantly your staff whenever I can.   Once again thankyou very much and please pass on my sincere thanks to those people mentioned above.  I look forward to my next trip to Brisbane so that I can meet you all.

Greg and Staff,

I would like to forward some feedback that I have received over the last couple of weeks regarding Northside Marine.

We have run a couple of focus groups on both people who have purchased boats and people who are in the process of purchasing boats.

From the people who have purchased boats from your business, we have had comments such as “Northside Marine is the only purpose built marine dealership in Brisbane” and a lot of people have the discount cards fro the chandlery and tackle shop, which is where the buy all of their bait and bits and pieces.  People have spoken highly of your staff regarding their high levels of technical knowledge, their willingness to help customers and the fact that they do not employ high levels of pressure to sell the boats. 

At one of the focus groups, only one person had not visited your dealership and all were putting your business at the top of the list to buy a boat from.  It was the only dealership they mentioned that was totally positive, with not one negative comment. 

To hear such feedback from a wide variety of customers, who have purchased boats and are looking to purchase boats is fantastic.  We have not had ONE OTHER DEALERSHIP IN BRISBANE WITH THAT LEVEL OF POSITIVE FEEDBACK.
